We started out the month with a trip to the Zoo when the kids were off school on a Friday. Unfortunatly for us, it was free zoo day. The place was packed and it took us almost an hour to find a parking spot and walk to the front. We made the most of it anyway and had a great time.
Nighttime cuddles/wrestles with these 4. I am usually the spectator and just cross fingers no one ends up hurt.
Griffin was so excited to celebrate his birthday at school - that is one happy boy eating donuts!
Griffin had a dinosaur themed birthday party the day before he turned 5. The kids had fun eating dino chicken nuggets, finger jello, decorating sugar cookies, playing bingo, and dressing up like dinosaurs.
I love this kid - can't believe he is 5 already!
The dinosaur pack
We let him choose a dinner spot - Chic fil a for the win!
Birthday morning gifts. A water tube toy - he had begged me for quite some time to get it from target.
A giant gummy bear. His only request for a birthday gift for a long time. I hope it lived up to his wildest dreams!
Birthday money from the Grandparents.
Happy Birthday Griffin! You bring so much joy and happiness into our family. We can't imagine our life without you!
A few days before Thanksgiving we got a foot of snow. The kids were off school and Ryan stayed home - yay! It was a fun time together.
Giant floor puzzles.
Teesha and Dallin drove 8 hours from Lubbock to spend Thanksgiving with us. We started out the day with a High fitness class so we could enjoy all the delicious foods.
We are thankful for so many things - Family being at the top of my list!
We showed Dallin & Teesha the Stanley Market Place and then enjoyed a yummy Denver Biscuit lunch - I think they were fans of the food.
