Bending over Backwards

It is really crazy to see how much Jaxson has grown up in the last month. Today as we were playing the piano together, I was like "where did my little baby go?" He is a full on toddler with a really fun and cute personality! We've been having a lot of fun playing together and now that Ryan just turned in his last 20 page paper, we can play as a family! Hooray!! And we are really excited for Christmas .... its coming up fast too!

So we haven't done anything super exciting recently, but here are the photos I have managed to take in the last week or so.
This was about an hour ago, Jax and I were watching Toy Story 3.
This picture cracks me up. Jaxson is such a happy boy ... and who wouldn't be after eating a brownie covered oreo?

This is a "toy" I made for Jaxson. I dropped a could of random things in the formula tin, taped it shut, and boom ... a noice making drum? I dunno, but its loud when you shake it & that is the kind of stuff Jaxson likes right now.
Ok .... HAHA. In the past week, this is Jaxson's new signature move. Bending over backwards, looking between the legs, chilling. He will do this probably 2-3 times a day for about 15 seconds. Everytime he does it, I run for my camera. Most of the time, we gets up before I get a good shot, but this one turned out pretty good. Nice bum Jax!

Crazy Kid.

Just a silly movie of my Boy. hehe, I love him!

Thanksgiving, Toliet Paper, & Clapping

Jaxson is now officially a climber. We put the stroller and bin in front of the tv to get him to stop touching/hitting it. Needless to say, he has learned to climb on top and touch the tv anyway. Cute but annoying. Any suggestions on getting them to stop touching the TV (or getting into the garbage, and all those other naughty things he has been doing)?

I left Jaxson for about 20 seconds in the bathroom by himself. He unrolled the whole roll, got it caught on his feet, and started chasing me as I ran to get the camera. What a funny kid. I love him so much!

ok ok, so I draped the TP around him in this one. The other ones are legit though!
This one is my favorite. It looks like he is running.... which was actually more like fast walk.
Me catching him Red Handed.
Jaxson found all the cool deals I got on black friday. (for the record, ryan and I went through them and returned some of them. Just thought I would grab the low prices and decide later if I really wanted them).
Jaxson sporting his new camo booties I got for him at old navy. Also sporting the cute Christmas onesie aunty Erika bought for him in South Carolina.
Thanksgiving at the Scott home. Super good food, fun friends, and crazy kids. Love it! Jaxson playing (eating crayons) with his friend McKenna.
yep, eating crayons.
Jaxson's new trick -- Clapping. He gets so happy and excited when he does it, I love it. I love being a mommy to this super cute and amazing son!

South Carolina Trip

Last weekend we flew to South Carolina for a few days. Ryan's grandpa had passed away, so we came for the funeral. It was sad that he was gone, but it was so nice to see everyone. Erika and Jordan (ryan's siblings) flew in from Utah, so it was fun! We had a great weekend!! This is Right before the funeral service. Ryan gave the closing talk and did a fabulous job!

Playing at the house with Grandpa, Erika, and the dog Pudley. Jaxson hasn't had a lot of experience with animals, so I think he was very curious.
Grabbing Pudley's face. I am glad Pudley didn't mind!

Riding up and down the hallway in the basket. See video at the bottom.

Curious Jax. He loved to pull out all the pans from Grandma's cupboards.
I love this cheesy smile. He has been doing it for about 3 weeks now. It cracks me up :)
While we were there, the kids went through the attic/Christmas stuff. Ryan found this sweater he made in grade 7 as a project. I believe it shows the widelife found in Western Europe. What a cutie!
We went out to see Papa (Lee's Dad). Jaxson loved seeing him and loved exploring his house (aka his cupboards).
Hanging out with Uncle Jordan.

It was so awesome to have Erika come! Jax loves his auntie!

Grandma Harbor is super happy to be holding Jaxson ...

Sliding up the hallway.

*Potpourri*

OK, so we should just face the facts. I am random! (in blogging at least) These are just a bunch of random photos and videos of what has been going on around the Harbor Apartment recently.

Ryan was awesome and watched Jaxson this morning for a bit while I went jogging. When I came back, they looked all cute and matching, so I had to take a photo. My 2 cuties! (one day, I will figure out how to not have those shadows on every picture)

Yesterday morning, I made some blueberry multigrain pancakes. Jaxson loves to wipe his dirty hands all over his face. silly boy!
Jax loves this cupboard in the kitchen. He always loves to pull out everything .....
caught in the act
I love this! Jaxson looks cute as always, but Ryan looks soooo handsome!! ow ow. What good looking boys!
More mess. I think those are black beans .... and I gave him some cookie for dessert. I didn't mix them up like that - sick.
Yoodley man. Rhonda (aka. Jaxson's grandma harbor) brought this outfit to dress Jax up in and take a picture. Ryan has a picture from when he was little wearing it ... and so does Lee (Ryan's dad!) cool eh?!
A few weeks ago, we went to one of Jaxson's friends 1st birthday party-fun! I am excited for when we get to through Jax his birthday party ... its coming up in less than 2 months! crazyness.
Videos!!! The first one is Ryan at the petting zoo at the Texas Fair. I posted this one just for Amelia ... who commented on the last photo that feeding an ostrich would be scary. Well, this video shows just how scary it is! The second video is Jaxson walking. He walks all over the place now, more so than he crawls.
