Sept 2019

September came and went just as fast as any month. This is Griffin's first taste of a peanut butter and banana sandwhich - he loved it!
"Mom," take a picture of me!
Avery had her own vision for crazy hair day and I let her go for it. She was pretty proud of herself.
Fun run at school! The kids both did great in their school fundraiser and ran 35 & 39 laps. Good job kids!

Griffin joined in the fun and ran his little heart out - so cute watching them run!
Proud of the beads he won.
"Mom, take a picture of us!" He's my little grocery shopping buddy.
We had visitors! Karen came and stayed with us for a week. Griffin loved playing with Emmalyn and all the kids adored Cosette. It was fun having them visit!
Trip to Denver Biscuit company - pit stop at the bouncy cows while we waited for our table.
The giant cinnamon roll.
Playing at the new park. We went when it was pretty empty so the kids had free rain of the sliding swings - yay!

Griffin's PB pinecone bird feeder her made at preschool.
Another park stop.

Then ice cream at the DQ.
These kids were catching a lot of slugs in the backyard.
Last lunch date was at White Chocolate Grill for the filet mignon cobb salad - yum! Thanks for visiting us Karen - it was a blast!
I taught a cake class for the Relief Society's super Saturday - biscoff and cookies n' cream cake.
Primary Program Sunday - these kids did great!
Love these babies of mine. And glad the program is over - now I can breathe.
My little helper. I told him he could go watch tv but he insisted on helping me fold laundry instead because he knew I wasn't feeling well.
Crayfishing at the resevoir. This girl isn't scared to pick them up.
But this boy is! He braved it for a couple of seconds so I could snag a picture.
Last, I took a quick trip to NYC with some friends to explore the city. Big thanks to Ryan for holding down the fort while I was gone!

Family Photos Aug 2019

We had family photos taken while we were visiting family in SC. Loved how they turned out and love this family of mine!

August 2019, SC vacation

The kids started school the day after we got back from our Canadian summer vacation. We were partying until last minute. Jaxson started 4th grade and Avery started 2nd.

We went to the zoo on the weekend and it was so nice to have our Daddy with us after being apart for 3 weeks.
 Superman!
Griffin was super excited to start preschool (a week later than the other 2). I was so sad letting him go ... he even cupped my crying face in his hands and said "don't worry, I will be ok!"
He was super excited to bring his dino puppet to show at Show n' tell. I love that he calls it "celebration of toys" though ... not sure where he came up with that but it is stinkin cute!
Avery had a Daddy-Daughter dance for the activity day girls at the church and loved it - felt like a pretty pretty princess.

We snuck the kids out school before Labor day and flew to South Carolina to have a week of fun with the Harbor side of the family. First stop - Columbia Zoo.
Feeding the giraffe is always the best.

 Looking at the lions
It was Ryan & mine's 13th wedding anniversary - it was a fun day of zoo, boberry biscuits, flowers, and Brazillian food.
These penguins were super fast swimmers and really fun to watch.
 Merry-go-round

Rock climbing - both kids climbed all the way to the top!
Tram ride to the water/splash pad
Snagging a picture of Griffin in the "no slide zone" before he got caught
Ryan suprised me with these gorgeous flowers the morning of our anniversary. Thanks hunny!
Couple picture before Dinner at Rioz!
Wiggle car fun on GuhGoh's driveway
Friday we boated the first half of the day on Lake Murray and had a blast.

Second half of the day we got ready for family pictures, did the pictures, and got delicious milkshakes as a reward for cooperating.
Erika, Ryan, and I went to the temple Saturday morning. Grateful we were able to go.
The fun that went on at the house while we were at the temple.
Saturday at noon we headed to the pond to fish. The kids all caught their own fish. It was cute to see their excitment as they pulled them in.

Ryan caught an 8lb catfish - that was exciting for all of us to watch!!

Saturday afternoon we played out in the yard and had fun.
Avery & Noah were quite the experts in catching frogs and lizards. Pure joy right there!
All the cousins helped me make rainbow chocolate chip cookies before church.
We went to visit (great) Papa Harbor after church and had a great visit. Ryan has done a lot of family history work and enjoyed talking stories with Papa.
The whole gang on Monday before Erika's family drove back home. Love this group of people!
Make a crazy face. Nice one Avery!!

 Girl cousins
 Boy cousins
 The original Harbor siblings.
The kids loved doing a GuhGoh original - a treasure hunt - to find clues and a prize at the end.
Monday morning we had fun doing a mask scratch mask and slime making. My kids have asked so many times if we can make slime and I usually say no. Aunt Christine is way funner than me and let the kids do it.

After a yummy lunch at Kingman, we stopped for Thai rolled ice cream and then headed to the SC state museum.

Old Charleston railroad. Didn't last long before it blew up.
We made a quick stop at Duck Donuts for some of the best donutes ever - yum!
Most nights we played jackbox around the TV. The last night we let Jaxson & Avery play. Avery had the cutest spelling on her answers and Jaxson ... well see if you can guess what he wrote. It was a great trip with many good memories!
