May 2020

I felt so grateful  this Mother's Day to have all 4 of my babies at home and healthy. Colson was still on oxygen but continued to make good progress and eventually was allowed to be off supplemental oxygen this month.

Caught a cute yawn
Avery is such a great big sister and Colson just loves it when she holds him.
Yay for graduating extra oxygen!
He just stares at her ... its so cute to watch them.
Griffin also loves holding his baby brother and can't wait until he can run around and party like the big kids.
We take daily walks down to and around the Aurora resevoir. The kids love (cray) fishing down there and splashing in the water.

Colson is a champ and just sleeps in the stroller most of the time.
Griffin graduated preschool this month. We were sad he couldn't meet his class in person but was excited to be done none the less. He said when the sickness is over, he wants our family to go to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate.

Avery & Jaxson also finished their (remote learning) school work and completed grades 2 and 4. The teachers did a parade around the neighborhood and honked at the kids to say goodbye.

Family picnic at a park with torchy's and crumbl. Pretty much perfect!

One of the trips around the resevoir ended up in the kids (and Ryan!) jumping off a cliff into the water. Brrr. Brave kids!

Daddy took a nap and Avery was his weighted blanket.
Jaxson thought it was funny to mimic Colson.
Just snapping some pictures of the little guy. We sure loved him and think he is pretty adorable.

Caught this precious moment during our Church worship one Sunday.

Jaxson was spotlighted in our ward weekly newsletter. He is such a good kid and we love him!
The kids have been SO glad to be playing with friends again outside. Bike rides, fishing, football, etc. Its so good to have a small bit of normality back.

Cray fishing ... I think they had 15 or so in the castle.
Jaxson, Nick, & Dallin. These boys are going to miss each other once we (and Nick) move!
Avery was nice and held the cray fish so Griffin didn't have to touch it. He wanted to but just couldn't.
Avery has had a couple of outdoor playdates with her best friend Ethan from school. I am so glad they get along so well. It's going to be hard to see these two say goodbye to each other next month.
