Another month has come and gone, so here is my monthly post. I will try to post more often in the future... I think :)
Here is our sweet girl, growing up. She turned 5 months old this week ... and as a present (not!) ... she is getting a helmet. Unfortunately she has a moderate flat spot on the back of her head, so we are going to get a helmet tomorrow. I am really REALLY hoping she only has to have it on for 3 months, but we will see. Pray for me, I mean her :)
Jaxson throwing a fit because he wants more candy. Haha, I think he had enough, don't you?Our stake had a fun pioneer day activity with french toast (with great harvest cinnamon bread ... yum!), kettle corn, cotton candy, snow cones, volleyball, horse rides, waterballoons, waterslides, bounce houses ... it was AWESOME. Although, at that activity, I realized I am a ataxophobe (fear of messes). I just get so annoyed and frustrated when Jaxson has sticky messy hands and he is trying to touch me, my clothes, his car seat, the car, etc ... I just don't like messes. Ryan and I also were in charge of the water balloon toss ... which was fun .... although my feet got splashed and then covered in mud ... which I had to walk around the whole time with mud and dirty on my feet. Not a happy camper. I will work on this phobia because kids just make messes right?
Ok enough of that. Here is Jaxson and his friend Claire eating their cotton candy after raiding the watermelon cooler. I think Jaxson took a bit of each slice of watermelon and put it back in the cooler... oops.
Right before Jaxson stuck his cotton candy in Claire's hair. What a nice friend.
Photo of Avery & Jaxson around the same age ...
Me and my sweet girl.
She loves doing her tummy time
I caught Jaxson teaching Avery how to use his laptop, or so I thought, until he started to scream her to stop touching his toys. We are working on sharing things, needless to say.
Look at those kissable lips
Avery's new sleeping habits ... she likes to roll over, and then start crying - not fun for either of us. She is sleeping shorter stretches than she use to when she was younger. It will be the happiest day in my life when she sleeps all the way through the night.
Avery and Jaxson - both at 5 months old. Do you think they look alike?

Our precious little girl :)
Avery fell asleep in Daddy's arms a few nights ago.
Another one of Avery's sleeping poses. I think this one would hurt my neck...
Ryan and My 6th wedding anniversary is on Wednesday, and I am so stoked. Rhonda (ryan's mom) is coming into town for a week, Ryan and I can go out whenever we want. Super excited!! It feel's like we haven't been out on a date FOREVER

Happy Anniversary! They are both so cute... but I don't think I see a strong resemblace. He is def. a boy, and she is def. a girl.
