The Dole PineapplePlantation

One of the first days in Hawaii, we decided to visit the Dole Pineapple Plantation, even though it was rainy most of the day. Regardless, we had a fun time, just please pardon my ratty hair and wet shirt.

Here is our little man posing as a very large fruit.
Erika and I each picked oysters to crack open so we could get a pearl. We both got really pretty pink ones :) then the lady wanted us to pay hundred's of dollars to get them set on a neclace. yup, didn't do that. But it is still fun to pick your own oyster and anticipate which color of pearl you will get!
Jaxson and Ryan enjoying some pineapple delight ice cream.

Jax liked it a lot.

Jaxson thought it was fun to run & splash around in the rain. It was so cute to watch him!

I always love feeding the fish here. They just go nuts after the food, and some even pile on top of each other out of the water looking for it -crazy!

Dole boasts the worlds largest maze (i think?! haha) so we tried to split into teams... RY,Jax,Me, Rhonda, and Lee VS Allan, Erika, & Jordan. Well, we got schooled. We only found 3 of the 7 points we needed before Rhonda and Lee left to meet someone at our house, and Ry left with them to transfer car seats to their car so they could take him. Yah, so I was wandering around solo and finally found the others, who had 5 done. So I showed them the 2 they needed and we left. It was one wet, muddy, and confusing maze.
